So, I want to do a feature called Work It Wednesday. I'll choose Wednesday's to share any tutorials or tips for being a better YOU. It might be a workout routine, a hair tute, skin care secrets.... You get the idea. I thought I'd kick it off with one of my favorite exercise routines.
Every once in a while we need a work out that is fast and effective. This is one of my favorite little routines to do when I just don't have enough time to make it to the gym or pop in a dvd. It gets your heart rate going and lets you feel the burn!
So here's the low down:
There are 4 moves in each round. You do SEVEN of each move then repeat the whole round SEVEN times.
Push-ups.
Burpees.
Sit-Ups.
Jumping Jacks.
There you have it folks...
SEVEN TIMES - SEVEN ROUNDS
